After several years of polyculture, the domaine consecrates itself entirely to vineyards and the milk cows leave the domaine.

The domaine continues to take back vines and to plant, especially in the lieu dit "La Vasée". At this time, the domaine had  about 4.5 hecatres of vineyards.
