Early 2004 - The begininning of biodynamic viticulture at Tissot
 
The first application of biodynamic preparations was made at the domaine in early 2004. Organic viticulture prohibits all chemical applications; biodynamic viticulture goes farther with the idea of accompanying the plant by acting on the life and the balance of the soil (compots, biodynamic preparations), by respecting the rhythms of the plant and improving its photsynthesis to gain in purity and minerality in the wine.
