We took over in late 2001 a very well-situated store on the central square of Arbois. We completely redid the store to expose the odl stones and give it the spirit of a tasting room. Columns of earth representing the different soils on our domaine decorate the window. 

A 14th century caveau was renovated. In all, we had 4 months of work to finally open in April 2002 this original caveau in the image of our work in the vineyard and the cellars.
