Early 2003 - Our viticulture evolves further
 

The viticulture practiced at the domaine is increasingly meticulous. We have done some experiments with herbal treatments, the phase and position of the moon plays an increasingly important role in the choice of the moments when we do certain work and, in early 2003, we will make our first compost. It will be made with grape marc after distillation and horse dung. We will use it on the "La Vasée" parcel. We will make a compost every year which will be distributed in the vineyards in a 3 to 4 year rotation.
