26 September 2006 - Second selection (tri) of the pinot noir "En Barberon"
The harvest of our vines in the "En Barberon" vineyard in the Côtes du Jura. Average yield, about 15 hectoliters per hectare.
The first selection of the grapes was done on the vine to eliminate unhealthy grapes.
The second selection when the grapes arrived at the cellar to eliminate the less ripe grapes.
It is going to be good!
