September 2005 - All of the Poulsards vinified without sulphur
From vintage 2005 on, all of the Poulsards will be vinified without sulphur. There will be two cuvées: one from the "Les Bruyères" parcel and the other from old vines from the parcels of "Les Bruyères", "Vasée", and "Mailloche".
